Solicitor - Probate and Conveyancing

Sanderson are partnering with a well-established and growing solicitors firm based in Drogheda, Co. Louth to recruit for a Solicitor specializing in Probate and Conveyancing. Key Responsibilities

• Manage probate cases, including estate administration and succession planning.
• Handle conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
• Draft and review legal documents with precision and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and third parties to ensure smooth processes.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-2 years post-qualified experience
• Experience in probate and conveyancing
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
