The Consumer Protection Code 2025 (CPC 2025) is a major regulatory update from the Central Bank of Ireland. It introduces new standards for how financial services firms interact with and protect customers, focusing on transparency, fairness, and digital readiness.

About the Role

As Training Lead, you will devise, develop, and deliver a comprehensive training program to embed CPC 2025 across the business. This includes both classroom and virtual learning, tailored to different roles and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training solutions that meet regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Work closely with the Training & Digital Adoption Lead and CPC 2025 project team.
• Build role-specific learning content using blended approaches (micro-learning, self-paced modules, job aids, instructor-led sessions).
• Track and measure training effectiveness and adoption.

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in Learning & Development and adult learning principles.
• Experience creating blended learning solutions for insurance or financial services.
• Skilled in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and adapting delivery styles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Knowledge of eLearning tools and LMS platforms is a plus.
