RSG sponsors Prince's Trust 'Young Ambassador Award'

As members of the South West leadership group, RSG are proud to announce our sponsorship of the 'Young Ambassador Award' at the South West Prince's Trust – Celebrate Success Awards this November.

The Prince's Trust supports 13 to 30 year olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and at risk of exclusion. Around one in five young people in the UK are not in work, education or training. Youth unemployment costs the UK economy £10 million a day in lost productivity, while youth crime costs £1 billion every year.

CEO of RSG Mike Beesley has been a very active member of the SWLG since he joined in 2012, and is passionate about supporting young people, getting them into meaningful employment and helping them to fulfil their ambitions. This award recognises young people who are exceptional Young Ambassadors. Young people who have completed a Prince's Trust course can apply to be a young ambassador to volunteer their time, share their personal experience and inspire others.
