Workstation Set Ups - How is yours?

There is never a bad time to remind your employees how to set up their workstations properly. It is also advisable to do so at regular intervals. 

The below image shows us how we should be sitting and how our equipment should be placed.  Please take some time to review this, adjust your own workstation accordingly and remind those who work for you of the same. 

The Health and Safety Authority published additional guidance on this matter which can be located here.  Employers should review both workstations in the employers premises and at an employee’s home to ensure they are safe.
