Sanderson are working with a well-known Irish Food Group to recruit for the position of a Culinary and Innovation Technologist.
Responsibilities:
- New Product Development: Develop and launch new product concepts based on customer briefs and internal innovation, driving projects through the Stage Gate Process.
- Product Trials and Specifications: Organise and oversee product trials, complete product specifications, and ensure signoffs with QA and production teams.
- Customer Interaction and Presentations: Prepare and present product samples to customers, manage customer trackers, and participate in stakeholder presentations.
- Post-Launch Review and Reporting: Conduct post-launch reviews, issue reports to business teams, and work on process improvements and cost reduction projects.
- Innovation and Trend Analysis: Contribute to innovation initiatives by participating in brainstorming sessions, trend analysis, and market research activities.
Requirements:
- 3rd level degree in Food Science/ Culinary science or related discipline.
- 3 years NPD experience.
