Sanderson have teamed up with an aircraft leasing company to recruit a Digital Transformation Owner.
The Digital Transformation Owner will capture business requirements, drive impact and adoption, and deliver business value.

They will convert these requirements into actionable insights and initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of company objectives. They will also introduce industry best practices to drive change and explore new possibilities in a practical, outcome-driven way.

Repsonsibilties:

• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to infrom the digital transformation product vision, strategy, features and priorititsation
• Develop strong relations across the entire organisation, understand the company pain points and needs and translate them into actionable digital intiiatives through active collaboration with all IT/Busines colleage
• IT representative within the wider business – manage the interface with internal customers to ensure information needs are formalise, understood and communicated approrprisately
• Drive the cross functional efforts to maximise data quality across the different business processes
• Manage the product roadmap & backlog of requirements, ensuring alignmebnt with business strategy
• Be a champion for a data insights culture, supporting and training the organistion in data systems and reporting/analytics capability
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business processes across the organsiation and through a CSI/Lean approach, create comprehensive roadmaps and plans to enhance those business processes on an ongoing basis
• Analyse market trends and competitors products to ensure their products remains competitive and relevant
• Analyst market trends and competitto products to ensure their product remains competitive and relevant
• Understand user personals and develop value propositions that meet user needs

Experience:

• 10+ years in operational excellence & strategic business transformation.
• Led digital transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Extensive experience in Data Analytics, Management, and Business Process Improvements.
• Management Consultant approach to interfacing with all organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven engagement management.
• Expertise in stakeholder communication & change management.
• Skilled in gathering & analyzing business requirements for process improvement.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to perform under pressure, and manage multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of business processes (ideally in Aircraft Leasing/Banking-Financial sectors).
• Proficient in digital, data, and AI technologies for business optimization.
• Preferred: Citizen developer & data science experience (Power BI & Power Platform).
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Planner, MS Forms).
• Preferred: Data Governance experience.
