You will be an excellent fit for the Business Development Executive position at this company because:

  • You possess at least 2 years of experience in a Business Development Executive role or a similar position.
  • You are eager to leverage our existing client database to enhance margin growth.
  • You deliver prompt and competitive quotes to clients while ensuring profit margins are maintained.
  • You are committed to thoroughly understanding our products and pricing strategy.
  • You provide timely updates to senior management regarding performance metrics.
  • You keep precise records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports.
  • You consistently adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

As part of your role, you will:

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to foster and maintain strong relationships.
  • Up sell and cross-sell our product portfolio to your assigned accounts.
  • Address any queries or complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring that relevant managers are informed of any issues that arise.
  • Meet daily with Business Development colleagues and/or the Commercial Manager.
  • Ensure that all KPIs related to prospecting, proposals, and closures are achieved.
  • Keep in touch with all new clients to guarantee high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Customer Service and Warehouse teams to provide exceptional service and encourage repeat orders from clients.

You possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency.
  • A strong willingness to work hard and quickly grasp our business model.
  • Recent achievements at the Leaving Cert. or primary degree level.
  • A demonstrated ability to drive sales activity and generate revenue.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, along with the capability to learn our CRM and ERP systems.
