You're right for the Trainee Sales Executive role at this company because .....
- you have a minimum of 1 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar,
- you’re happy to look after our existing client database to drive margin growth,
- you provide timely, competitive quotes to clients while maintaining profit margin,
- you want to become completely familiar with our products and our pricing strategy,
- you provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance,
- you maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports,
- you adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
As part of your job you'll .....
- interact with clients and stakeholders and maintain excellent relationships.
- up sell and cross sell our product portfolio to assigned accounts
- deal with any queries or complaints that may arise in a professional and efficient manner, making sure to notify the relevant manager of any problems that have occurred,
- meet daily with Business Development colleagues and/or the Commercial Manager,
- ensure that all KPIs for prospecting, proposals and closes are met,
- maintain contact with all new clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- work with our Customer Service and Warehouse teams to ensure our clients receive excellent service and are encouraged to order from us again
And you have the following skills and qualifications…
- excellent spoken and written English,
- willingness to work hard and quickly learn our business model,
- recent success at Leaving Cert. or primary degree level,
- proven ability to drive sales activity and revenue,
- knowledge of MS Office and an ability to learn our CRM and ERP packages.
