About the role:
Sanderson is currently seeking an experienced HR professional to have an opportunity for a permanent position as a HR Business Partner to join one of our leading clients who will be the HR representative on an ERP project.. The role, reporting into the Project Director, will partner with the project management team to provide operational HR support to ensure the delivery of the project.
This role will operate in a hybrid capacity and you can expect to be based onsite three days per week with travel to our other locations as required.
Key responsibilities:
- Familiarise yourself with the ERP project's goals, timeline, and key deliverables.
- Identify the specific HR-related aspects that need attention during the project, including but not limited to project staff resourcing, performance management, roles/responsibility definition, support of onboarding and offboarding project members, employee wellbeing, employee incentive & recognition scheme as well as growth, learning and development of project members.
- Work closely with the Project Director to ensure team, at a people level, is aligned and capable of supporting the project delivery per plan
- Work with the project management team supporting all PMO resources with necessary HR support for individual teams.
- Address any HR-related challenges or risks promptly.
- Advisor to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Align the ERP project's HR activities with the overall HR strategy.
- Contribute to role mapping and role design of as is business units which will form the blueprint for technical security model. Provide link into HR for all project needs.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR processes affected by the ERP project.
- Regularly track and analyse these metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge of ROI/NI employment law is essential.
- 5 years of experience in an HR Advisor or Business Partner role, with expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, along with a proven track record in Talent Development, Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, and Change Management.
- A relevant HR degree is required, and CIPD membership is desirable.
