Project Manager- Renewable Energy

Responsibilities:

• Support the Programme Manager in the design of the Consenting Monitoring portal, providing expert advice.
• Lead the portal development process, liaising with key stakeholders and service providers.
• Manage relevant finance processes to support the function.
• Manage the process for procurement of third-party consultancy services.
• Manage external consultants.
• Represent the organisation at meetings and events (including presentations and speaking engagements).

Requirements:

• A degree (Level 7 on NFQ) or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Science, Business, or Economics.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a related sector or similar role (including post-graduate studies).
• Strong communication skills, including report writing, presenting, public speaking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ideally have experience of working in the public sector.
• Proven attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ideally have a qualification in project management.
• Strong IT skills.
• Ideally have knowledge of the energy sector.
