Risk & Legal Project Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Legal Step Plan, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Communications, Risk Management, and Regulatory/Legal compliance. This role is critical in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery within our dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex programmes with a focus on Legal Step Plan, M&A, Communications, Risk Management, and Regulatory/Legal compliance.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Programme Manager in the Insurance sector
• Strong background in Legal Step Plan, M&A, Communications, Risk Management, and Regulatory/Legal compliance (essential)
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications PMP, PRINCE2 are a plus.
