Transformation Finance Business Partner - Insurance

Sanderson are partnering with a leading Insurance Group to recruit a Transformation Finance Business Partner on a 6 month daily rate contract, hybrid working in Dublin. This role would suit a Qualified Accountant with a strong finance background. The ideal candidate will manage actuals, including accruals and project splits, and conduct both short and long-term forecasting across our portfolio. This role requires expertise in benefit identification, tracking, and challenging, along with comprehensive reporting for programmes and the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage actuals, including accruals and project splits.
• Conduct short and long-term forecasting across the portfolio.
• Identify, track, and challenge benefits.
• Provide detailed reporting for programmes and the portfolio.
• Manage costs on large programmes/portfolios.
• Understand the financial impact associated with risk management in a change environment.
• Interact with key stakeholders in programmes and at a senior level.
• Support non-finance PMO activities and reporting.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Qualified Accountant with a strong finance background
• Proven experience in managing costs on large programmes and portfolios.
• Expertise in benefit identification, tracking, and challenging.
• Strong understanding of the financial impact associated with risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to support non-finance PMO activities and reporting.
• PMO/PM experience is an advantage.
