Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the execution of audit fieldwork for the firm’s diverse client portfolio.
• Ensure audit files are completed on schedule and meet compliance standards for review and finalisation.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and related documentation for review.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and professionalism throughout the audit process.
• Supervise, mentor, and train team members to ensure timely delivery of quality work.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audit teams and directly engage with clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively supervise team members.
• Commitment to continuous professional development, adhering to ACCA or equivalent requirements.
