HR Analyst

Reporting to the Head of People - Talent, Development and Employee Experience, you will support the end-to-end employee experience across a global network. As a fast-paced and agile HR team, you'll have the ability to flex and step in to support the broader HR group.

As a focus you will support the development and implementation of talent management strategies, employee development programs, and enhanced employee experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business providing HR support and advice as needed.
  • Support with end-to-end recruitment processes across all levels of the business: identification of resourcing need, job posting, agency engagement, CV screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Play a key role in supporting with all elements related to our Early Careers Programmes: recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring.
  • Support on development of Learning & Development activities of the business, as well as planning, implementing, scheduling, and evaluating all programmes.
  • Lead on global wellbeing initiatives as part of the 'S' (Social) in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) agenda.
  • Assist with the embedding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) policies and practices into the end-to-end talent lifecycle.
  • Assist with the Performance Management cycle.
  • Optimisation of HRIS to ensure an effective employee and manager experience relating to talent, development, and employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a corporate people-centred role, ideally a HR role.
  • Proven track record in a HR generalist or specialist role.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems would be an advantage.
  • Self-starter with strong commitment to deliver excellence, with an aptitude for pace and embracing change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
