Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Accounting & Finance | Ireland | Contract | € 60000 - € 65000 

Sanderson are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical group to recruit for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist on a one-year contract with hybrid working arrangements in the Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR Operations with payroll data delivery.
  • Produce payroll metrics and dashboards.
  • Document and implement payroll processes.
  • Support statutory and tax audits.
  • Handle third-party payroll requests.
  • Ensure compliance and data protection.
  • Manage private medical and pension schemes.
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll input data.
  • Perform BIK calculations.
  • Upload payroll bank files as needed.
  • Conduct SARP and shadow payroll calculations.
  • Advise on share awards processing.
  • Perform ad-hoc payroll analysis and reports.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience processing large payrolls.
  • Benefits administration.
  • Full payroll cycle administration.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of payroll and legislation.
  • Strong communication skills.
