Sanderson are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical group to recruit for a Payroll and Benefits Specialist on a one-year contract with hybrid working arrangements in the Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HR Operations with payroll data delivery.
- Produce payroll metrics and dashboards.
- Document and implement payroll processes.
- Support statutory and tax audits.
- Handle third-party payroll requests.
- Ensure compliance and data protection.
- Manage private medical and pension schemes.
- Ensure accuracy of payroll input data.
- Perform BIK calculations.
- Upload payroll bank files as needed.
- Conduct SARP and shadow payroll calculations.
- Advise on share awards processing.
- Perform ad-hoc payroll analysis and reports.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience processing large payrolls.
- Benefits administration.
- Full payroll cycle administration.
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll and legislation.
- Strong communication skills.
