HR Business Partner

Sanderson is partnering with its rapidly growing education and care centre client to recruit an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis to support our client's people strategy and drive positive employee experience. This is a hands-on HR role within a multi-site environment focused on employee engagement, management support, compliance, and continuous improvement. This position would suit someone who is operating a Sr Generalist level who is looking to get to the next step or a new or developing HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and feedback initiatives.
  • Advise and coach managers on HR matters including performance, absence, and conflict.
  • Lead investigations and manage employee relations cases.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, GDPR, and employment law.
  • Oversee probation, performance reviews, and development pathways.
  • Manage workplace incident reporting and liaise with relevant teams.
  • Support benefits administration and payroll coordination.
  • Lead or contribute to HR projects and data reporting.

Skills & Experience

  • Solid HR generalist experience, ideally within a fast-paced multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Able to work independently
