Role Overview

This growing organisation are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Document controller with strong Autodesk skills to join their Digital Transformation team supporting European projects.

You will:

  • Manage Autodesk platforms to support operational teams across engineering and construction projects.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in optimising workflows, ensuring platform integrity, and supporting project teams with setup, documentation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Autodesk BIM 360 is the predecessor to Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), a unified cloud-based platform that integrates all aspects of a construction project from design to completion. ACC offers tools for managing documentation, collaboration, workflows, issue tracking, cost control, and safety.

  • Assign and manage Autodesk licenses for all users
  • Monitor license usage and deactivate accounts as needed
  • Create and maintain company profiles in line with project requirements
  • Set up and configure new projects within the Autodesk environment
  • Archive completed projects in accordance with organisational standards
  • Respond to Autodesk-related support tickets and inquiries
  • Serve as the central contact for creating and maintaining checklists and forms (Commissioning, Quality, EHS)
  • Support project teams in setting up Commissioning, Quality, and EHS environments
  • Contribute to SOP development, training materials, and documentation

Essential Criteria

  • Proven experience with Autodesk BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
  • Document Control experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Collaborative team player

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience conducting audits
  • Background in document management
  • Familiarity with the construction or engineering industry
  • Ability to travel from Ireland across Europe without restrictions and at short notice and spend 20 - 30%% of your time visiting colleagues on different sites.
  • Ideally you will be a car driver with licence.
