As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced recruitment professional, from Senior Consultant through to Director level, to join our high performing Professional Services team on a part‑time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced, self‑managing operator who wants to do senior‑level work with genuine flexibility and autonomy.

What You Will Do

• Build, develop and manage long term client relationships
• Win and deliver high value assignments across both retained and contingency models
• Produce high quality, well qualified shortlists for every assignment you manage
• Work selectively, choosing roles you can deliver to an exceptional standard
• Manage senior level recruitment processes end to end with judgement and minimal oversight
• Contribute expertise to bids, pitches, market insights and online content
• Grow a warm professional services desk across blue chip clients, high growth scale ups and established industry leaders

Who We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from Senior Consultants, Principal Consultants, Managing Consultants, Associate Directors and Directors who bring:

• A minimum of 3 years agency recruitment experience
• A strong specialism in at least one of the following: IT, Finance, Procurement, Marketing or HR
• A proven ability to win business, build relationships and deliver consistently high standards
• A track record of producing strong, senior level shortlists
• High personal standards and a quality‑first, selective approach
• Confidence delivering both retained and contingency searches
• The maturity, self‑discipline and professional judgement to operate autonomously
• Motivation driven by outcomes, relationships and reputation rather than volume
