As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced technology recruitment professional, from Senior Consultant through to Principal Consultant, Managing Consultant, Associate Director or Director level, to join our high performing Technology practice on a full-time permanent basis.

This is a senior role offering autonomy, strong client relationships and the opportunity to operate with quality and pace within a supportive and collaborative team.

What You Will Do

• Own and grow a warm technology recruitment desk with long standing client relationships
• Build and manage trusted partnerships with technology leaders including CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering and transformation stakeholders
• Win and deliver permanent, contract, and retained assignments
• Produce high quality, well qualified shortlists across software engineering, cloud, data, cyber, infrastructure or transformation
• Work selectively, focusing on mandates you can deliver to an exceptional standard
• Manage recruitment processes end to end with professionalism, maturity and minimal oversight
• Contribute to bids, proposals, pitches, market insights and thought leadership
• Partner with blue chip organisations, high growth scale ups and technology driven businesses

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from Senior Consultants, Principal Consultants, Managing Consultants, Associate Directors who bring:

• At least 3 years agency experience specialising in technology recruitment
• A strong track record in one or more of the following: software engineering, cloud, data, cyber security, infrastructure or transformation
• Proven ability to win business, build senior stakeholder relationships and deliver consistently high standards
• Experience producing strong, senior level shortlists across competitive tech markets
• A quality first, relationship led approach with high personal standards
• Confidence conducting both retained and contingency searches
• The maturity, self-discipline and professional judgement to operate autonomously
• Motivation driven by outcomes, expertise and professional reputation rather than volume
